Cos its Coffee

We are back with another Coffee post as we have visited a couple of new ones over the past month or so, random places all over the place that we have found and want to tell you about.

Coffee Couch – Greenwich (O2)

Before the Enhypen Concert the other week we were hanging around and looking for something to drink, we saw lots of places for food (which apparently shut at 10pm) that’s when Coffee Couch caught our eye. There was a large stall area outside at the time which was selling Kpop merch which we can assume isn’t normally there. It was very busy which was a good sign, so we joined the queue to get our usual for a hot day – 2 Iced Oat Mochas.

The Coffee was pretty good to be honest the experience overshadowed the coffee, we might have to go back…..It was good enough to do so though!

Seaborn Coffee – Newington Green

One of the only new coffee shops in the area around Newington Green, we decided to walk a little out of the way and finally got a coffee there.

We quickly wished that we didn’t! The coffee was disgusting! It was sour, powdery and vile plus in Newington Green fashion the cups were Micro!

Shed Coffee – Haggerston

We didn’t realize that this was the same shop as the little window around the corner, the all black interior should have probably tipped us off. While we were heading for the Mildmay Line one day, we thought to try this place! The shop itself is more like a Deli, Wine Shop that also sells Records and Coffee. We ordered the usual this time hot, it was a fast turn around and while we waited for the train we took our first sip.

Boba – Shaftesbury Avenue

Bob found herself in Shaftesbury Avenue recently and felt like she was dying of thirst – Boba has a lot of 5 star reviews so why not! The shop was huge, very open and white with cool Panda graffiti on the walls. There was Gachapon along one half side of the shop and a seating area on the right. I got my usual an Oat Brown Sugar Milk Tea which was made very quickly and efficiently.

I can definitely understand why they are so popular! It was really good!

So that was that, some good, some ok and some abysmal much like most Coffee places in London. Do you have anywhere that we can try? Let us know in the comments.
