If you have been reading our blog you will know how much I like Wishtrend. Thanks to Wishtrend I got to try out the Cica Care Sleeping Pack by Rovectin. This is what I thought..
This is my second time using this brand, I have previously tried the Sheet Mask which was quite refreshing but left a stinging after affect.
The packaging is basic, a simple white box with clear descriptions of what was inside and what to do, all of their product line is white, black and pink and pretty basic.
I liked that is is Hypoallergenic, No Parabens, No Colorant, No Mineral Oil and No Fragrance.
This mask is supposed to restore troubled and Stressed out skin and help with redness. Giving you that healthy, glass skin look, that is so coveted these days.
The product at the moment comes in an 80ml squeezy bottle which is easy to use and there are (apparently) more sizes coming soon.
The cream itself has a clear, gel type quality, although lays on a little oily and a little goes a long way. My skin feels very soft after application and seems to give a nice little barrier, that keeps the moisture in.
The scent is quite refreshing all though it doesn’t smell in the tube, once applied it has subtle floral notes which is probably the best thing about it.
After immediate use my skin feels refreshed, however after using it for about 2 weeks now, I can say i have noticed my skin has been more irritated and much more sensitive, I have had more breakouts than usual and have had to stop using the cream.
Maybe its introducing a new product or maybe I just don’t get on with it?
Since stopping using this, for the last few days, my skin has started to settle down again and be as it was before trialing the product.
This product usually retails between £25 – £35 depending on where you look (But as I was sent this as a product review I’m certain the RRP)
All in all I wouldn’t buy it again, but I’m glad I tried it and thank Wishtrend for giving me the opportunity to do so.
